About this tool
Plan one meeting across up to six time zones. Choose the date and a reference zone, then scan a full day in compact hourly rows with each participant's local time shown side by side.
The useful part is not merely converting one hour. The planner marks which rows fall inside typical working hours for every selected zone, so an acceptable overlap becomes visible without repeating the same conversion for each participant. The date is evaluated with the daylight-saving rules in force on that day.
This is a planning aid, not a calendar invitation: no account is required and nothing is sent to anyone.

Questions people actually ask
- How are suitable meeting hours chosen?
- Rows are highlighted when the local time falls within typical daytime working hours in every selected zone. You can still choose any row; the highlight is a quick visual filter, not a rule.
- Can I plan around a daylight-saving change?
- Yes. The selected date is part of the calculation, so each zone uses the offset that applies on that day.
